We are aware of the multiple benefits that ‘Software as a Service’ has for a huge amount of freelancers and companies. But we also know the feeling of ‘lack of control’ that users may have over data. Even though we try hard to explain our partners and clients that their data safe and accessible only to them at all times, we understand that uncertainty they may feel.
That is the main reason why we are so strict when we talk about enforcing the current data laws. We take all these restrictions into account, in the same way that ask our suppliers to do so, even if they are international companies. The current Spanish law dealing with sensitive data is “Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal”. |
